Former PDP chairman People's Democratic Party, PDP, Bamanga Tukur has been appointed Chairman Board of the Nigerian Railway Corporation by President Jonathan.
His appointment was contained in a statement released by Special Assistant (Media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sam Nwaobasi.
