Fulham 1-3 Manchester United

David Moyes' men raced into a three-goal lead in the first half and did not look back, but the Scot still felt compelled to make three substitutions at the break.

A first-half blitz was enough for Manchester United as they run out 3-1 winners against Fulham to pile more misery on Martin Jol.

Antonio Valencia put the visitors a goal up after Wayne Rooney cut the ball back, allowing the Ecaudorian to slot home.

Robin van Persie doubled the lead from Adnan Januzaj's pass, before laying the ball on a plate for Rooney to make it 3-0 moments later.
